Feeling the pressure right before your match or event ? Take the opportunity to have a 1-1, 15 minute session with  personal Mind Coach to get you fully prepared to compete. Reach optimal mindset before you start, mentally positioned, calm, confident and focused on the task at hand. Choose the double bundle for a post match review to see if your goals have been met and how you managed your emotional control and focus throughout the match.

This 30 min session is specifically for an ‘acute’ situation such as a ‘panic attack’ for immediate relief from symptoms. Follow on sessions are recommended to resolve the anxiety fully.

Dreading taking your driving test or retaking it? Nerves can be very problematic when you are trying to perform a number of physical and mental tasks simultaneously and keeping a clear, calm mind is key.  Preparation is everything and having techniques and routines to counter any anxious feelings will make the whole experience far less daunting and promote a feeling of calm and confidence.
